At Leen Gold, we stand behind the quality of our jewelry. All of our products come with a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.

1. Warranty Coverage

This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. It does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or misuse of the product.

2. Warranty Exclusions

Our warranty does not cover items that have been resized, repaired, or altered by a third party. It also does not cover damages caused by exposure to harsh chemicals or improper care.

3. How to Claim Warranty

If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, please contact us at info@leen.gold with proof of purchase. We will inspect the item and, if covered, will offer repair or replacement at our discretion.

4. Warranty Duration

The warranty is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. After the warranty period, repair services may be available at a reasonable cost.
